FreezerNanny shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of materials, samples, or any other items stored in your eqipment(s). You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and operation of your equipment.

3. Equipment Warranty
Hardware provided by FreezerNanny is covered by a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to equipment purchased directly from FreezerNanny. Subscription fees do not include or extend any warranty coverage.

4. No Warranties for Service
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FreezerNanny makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

5. Data Retention
FreezerNanny retains sensor readings and configuration history for a period of one (1) year. Data older than one year may be permanently deleted without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if we determine that you are:
(a) violating any applicable law or regulation;
(b) engaging in obscene, abusive, or harmful behavior; or
(c) misusing, disrupting, or overburdening our systems or infrastructure.

7. Customer Recognition
We value our customers and may, from time to time, reference your organization’s name or affiliation in marketing or promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing that you prefer not to be mentioned.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and functionality. By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Emergency Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receiving emails, text messages, and/or phone calls from FreezerNanny in the event that an emergency or abnormal condition is detected by the monitoring system.
